Members are granted a non-transferable, revocable, private viewing license. Any unauthorized screen recording, sharing of course logins, unauthorized commercial distribution, or intellectual property reproduction will result in immediate community termination without a refund and legal prosecution.
Academy seat allocations, course access provisions, and digital download keys are authorized only following verified transaction processing. Due to the high value, downloadable nature of our 1,000+ hour technical mastery library and immediate private ecosystem onboarding, all sales for digital courses, digital modules, and community access updates are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations or modifications to physical in-person workshops scheduled in Houston, Texas, must follow specified enrollment agreements issued at the time of reservation.
Members admitted into our private Discord or community platforms are expected to operate with utmost professional integrity and discipline. GTO Financials maintains absolute discretionary rights to permanently terminate member portal access, block account verification, and expel users from community systems without notice or financial recourse if they display toxic behavioral patterns, distribute unapproved indicator signals, promote third-party affiliate programs, or harass other academy members.
GTO Financials, its principal officers, directors, mentors, and corporate affiliates shall under no circumstances be held responsible or liable for any structural trading losses, capital drawdowns, database access disruptions, systemic platform errors, or secondary damages arising directly or indirectly out of the utilization or reliance on our technical frameworks, psychological rules, or educational platforms.
